By Patience Agada.

She is the perfect blend of beautiful ugly.
A pretty mess that need not be tidy,
Sincere hips and a nagging tongue,
Like the awesome lyrics of a Christmas song.

She is a box of mood swings,
Containing several shades of smiles and frowns.
Her voice intimidate the melody of a guitar's strings,
And her tales are told in the distant towns.
Wise men call her the Sea,
For in her, lies strength and weakness.
Sometimes, she's a storm they flee,
An equal dose of sanity and madness.

Like the bogus hands of an Ankara top,
Her kindness sweeps many off their feet.
If little love makes her heart stop,
Then excess love leaves her effete.
